Important Information

Some boarding points, like La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, require additional shipping fees to be paid on site.
On the day of the reservation, the appointment is at the check-in point 15 minutes before departure. The boarding closes 5 minutes before.
If any of the passengers have recently had surgery or have a condition that limits their mobility (e.g., back problems), you must notify the reservations department prior to booking.
In case you want to snorkel, it is necessary to request it at the time of reservation to prepare the equipment.
