Important information
- Some embarkation points, such as La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, require additional docking fee to be paid at the port (cash only)
- On the day of booking, the appointment is at the check-in point 15 minutes prior to departure. Boarding closes 5 minutes before.
- If any of the passengers have recently undergone surgery or have any condition that limits their mobility (e.g. back problems), they must notify the reservations department prior to booking.
- In case you want to snorkel, it is necessary to request it at the time of booking to prepare the equipment.
What are fishing are us cancellation policies?
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance (prior to the date and time of the reservation) to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or for non-attendance of reservations.
